Meet the founder
It all began with an idea when my wife and I were unable to find answers and a solution to my oldest son’s medical issues. Diagnosed with an extremely rare neurodegenerative issue in his peripheral nerves in his leg, he needed orthopedic braces, but none actually would work the way they needed to without negatively affecting some other part of his health.
Being an engineer with a background in aerospace and mechanical engineering, and having experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and business, I knew I had the ability to do something to help my son.
Although I didn’t know it in the beginning, my faith has showed me I was being prepped to do this my entire life. I was designing android robotic parts as a young kid in grade school, and from as long as I can remember I wanted to be an engineer.
I also had a keen interest in biology, health, and exercise. So much of an interest that I started a second major in college in kinesiology. I remember being asked by one of my engineering professors why would I want degrees in aerospace and kinesiology, and what would I do with that combo. At the time I thought maybe training astronauts, but in reality I didn’t know, I just felt I had a calling I needed to follow. So much so that I even ran a side business teaching Krav Maga self defense after graduate school.
Since I started dating my wife, I told her one of my life goals was to be a dad, which is the ultimate and best and hardest thing I’ve ever done. I have also always loved solving problems that seem intractable to everyone else. My resume even states at the top “I will find a way to solve the problems previously thought impossible and inspire others to do the same.”
I love my wife and three kids to the ends of the earth and God has divinely scripted me an undeniable purpose as a father and engineer. I have been gifted a relentless ability to see the world as it could be, and the drive to make it a reality. With these skills I know I can help my son and others like him.
